This listing is for one pack of thin weight sashiko thread. Each pack contains 20 - solid colored skeins. Each skein is 11 yards.
This thread is 100% cotton and made in Japan especially for sashiko.
This thinner thread is perfect for smaller or more intricate sashiko designs. It can also be used for Hitome-zashi (one stitch sashiko) and Kuguri-zashi (stitching - weaving). This thread is slightly thinner than the Daruma thin sashiko 20/4 sashiko thread. A comparison of these threads can be seen in the last photo. The thread from this pack is the thread that is all the way to the right in the photo.
The pack also comes with two - cardboard cards that allow you to organize your thread collection. These cards can be seen in the 6th photo.

Please note that if you order a large number of thread or small items the shipping weight may be overestimated. Be assured that I always refund shipping cost overages of $1.00 or more. You may also wish to contact me so that I can set up a special order for you. This order will have the accurate shipping cost. I do not charge handling or packaging fees.
*There is currently a trademark dispute over the brand name of this thread. I am not allowed to mention the manufacturer of this thread until this dispute is settled. This is the reason that the manufacturer's name has been removed from the pictures. This is a brand name thread that was created in Japan. *

Fast shipping!!! Very fast! Thank you so much! First time sewing anything in my life, please do not use this thread if you are a first timer. When I mess up and try to take out straight stitches, this thread breaks apart. At first it was my fault, I used the needle side, had to learn to use back side of needle where you thread it at. Still broke apart both ends of needle. Maybe when I become more skillful, I may have a better understanding of this thread.
